The task of the agency was to create a campaign that will build the JCB brand, with the end-in-mind of increasing its market penetration in the Philippines. Our strategic point of view was to be the brand that enables millenials to celebrate and express their ‘individuality’. We took inspiration from one of the card's designs and put a twist on it for the different personalities and the rewards points will be based on what they are inclined to. For example the sporty cat card holder can redeem points for gym memberships. The 'kikay' will get a shopping spree, the 'metallicat' can get discounts for concerts. This was developed in 2016.

An on ground celebration of creativity, self-expression and originality. The JCB Festival will be held at BGC and contain booths and entertainment sections that offer festival goers the tools and inspiration they need to express themselves. In order for people to join the festival, they need to sigh up for a credit card or be existing JCB cardholders.

celebration of its unique clients, JCB now offers cardholders the chance to create their own card designs via a DIY option/app on their website.

IDEA NO. 2: As JCB is strongly identified with everything Japanese, the strategy of the campaign was to amplify its heritage.

Booths and entertainment from Japan who will offer Japanese products, perks and performances. Whether it’d be sushi, Japanese bands and brands or Takeshis Castle that you’re looking for, you will find it at the JCB Japan Fair. Only existing cardholders or people who sign up for a JCB credit card can join the Japan Fair.
