The idea behind this that long ago people barter exchanged. But what if it wasn’t just tangible goods, but also skills?

Solution:
Individuals have a certain set of skills.
What if people can chat, just like social apps.
They can find those nearby who can share their skills or knowledge. They can work amongst themselves to trade skills that each of them wishes to acquire.
